INR = 3

Yep.  Twas 1.7 last Wednesday, and 3 this Wednesday.  It’s supposed to be between 2-3: too low INR increases the risk of clots being enabled, too high means increased risks from bleeds. A nice steady 2.5 would be good, at least for a couple of weeks before we stop this nonsense, wouldn’t it?  I will update the graph at some point.

For those interested in more good news stories, Julie’s Update (her actual blog is listed on the links page) noted the story of Rhiannon Prytherc who recovered fully from a brain bleed to which most of us would succumb.

I do like a good news story.  :-)
